The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, sets the global benchmark for sustainable building design and construction. LEED v5, introduced in 2025, places greater emphasis on measurable performance, carbon reduction, and resilient buildings. With LEED v4 and v4.1 project registration closing June 30, 2026, project teams are beginning to prepare for the next generation of sustainable design.

Recycle Your Roof

Recycling just one roof can make a big difference in keeping materials out of landfills. Before you begin your next tear-off project, we invite you to take advantage of our Roof Take-Back Program, which is available in eligible regions to help you responsibly dispose of roofing materials at the end of their life cycle. To help support your sustainability goals, participating projects will also receive a Certificate of Recycling.

Eligible Materials:

Roof Membranes: EPDM, TPO, and Asphalt (adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted*)
Insulation Boards: Polyiso, EPS, XPS (damaged or intact)
Installation Waste: Flashing, stretch wrap, bags, cardboard, rags, rollers, scrub pads

For PVC membranes or projects outside of eligible regions, our partnership with Nationwide Foam Recycling offers a nationwide option for recycling insulation, EPDM, TPO, and PVC membranes.
